I am a Chartered Building Surveyor at Colliers since 2022 and prior to that a Director of Paragon since its inception in 2009 . I specialise in all professional building consultancy work with a vast experience in pre-acquisition and vendors surveys. On a daily basis I head up project management and contract administration projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £50m and I also advise on dilapidations works for clients. I have headed up the organisation and successful completion of large portfolios of surveys across the country. I am head of the UK Building Surveying team.Through my experience working in London since 2001 I have built up a large knowledge base in which to offer advice and help clients with their building needs. I try to be as helpful as possible and try to go beyond the basic brief to make sure all parties get the result they need. I believe I am approachable and easy to speak to and work with, trying to make the road as smooth as I can.Looking to work with commercial clients ranging from developers, institutional investors, occupiers and asset managers. Always keen to look at new property challenges!
