Machining and distribution of aluminum products for aerospace- Turnover: € 8 millionMain activities: Human Resources :o Management of 12 peoples - 8 blue collars, 4 white collarso Recruitment, pay-roll, training, evaluation and conflict management. EHS coordinator (Environment Health Security): o Assistant QSE (Quality Security Environment) for the Brussels site –o Follow up of the safety schedule and reporting to the EHS Corporate o Follow up of the safety action plan for the three entities (FR, BE and GE). Quality: Practice and implementation of ISO 9001/9100. Strategy:o Member of the management team for three European entities - (France, Belgium, Germany)o Implementation of the strategic vision. Stock: purchase of raw material and monitoring the stock levels, implementation of an optimization strategy. Coordination of the production respecting delivery / billing schedules Controlling: monitoring financial and accounting review of dashboard and reporting to group according to KPI's, establishment and implementation of the budget Commercial:o Follow up of the relationship with customers and supplierso Pricing and management of saleso Follow-up and management of complaints - purchases / sales - setting / negotiating prices - payment on-lines (Connexis) Closure of production activities and site: moving the machineries, sale of stock, union negotiations, layoffs, closing of administrative activities, archiving.
