With over 25 years of career experience, Reston, Virginia-based Simon Storm offers expertise in developing Financial Services applications, alongside intensive knowledge of core business, customers and products. Simon has worked since 2003 with IntraFi—currently as Vice President of Application Development—where he has been responsible for development and support of the company's customer facing and internal applications from both business and technology standpoints. He possesses IT audit savvy and prides himself on being an employee-centric manager.As an Agile and Continuous Delivery champion, Simon has lead the implementation of a fully functional continuous delivery pipeline, facilitating deployments through all environments. This includes rebuilding the infrastructure with each release, automated testing, code analytics and pushbutton deployments. During this process he has helped developed a DevOps and DevSec culture within the organization, increasing cross team collaboration and automation.Simon was a student at the Executive Masters in Technology Management program at The Wharton School of Business & University of Pennsylvania Engineering, earning a Masters of Science & Engineering, and also earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College. He has earned certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), an AWS Solution Architect, a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), and a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). In addition he is an events speaker, including the DevOps Enterprise Conference and local DC conferences.
