Consultant to the Resource Connect team managing the Travel and Accommodation logistics on the the Surat North Project. The Resource Connect team were responsible for providing a total travel and accommodation solution for CPB on the project. As part of this solution the iCURO platform was utilised to automate processes including on-boarding, asset forecasting, booking travel and accommodation and reporting on services for a workforce up to 600 workers. As part of the total solution, Simon developed the iCURO platform to suit the specific needs of the project and, after implementing the platform, remained on the project in a consultant capacity to both Resource Connect and CPB Contractors.
