After Vodafone purchased First Mobile i continued in my a mixed role I was responsible for Retail computer IT field support and setup IT systems for new stores along with administrator of mail server, salesforce.com and mobile phone support to retail staff. I also trained new staff in new procedures along with new technology.

I was customer facing as Account Manager and as First Mobile Response i helped with Presales, working with Vodafone business consultants on data solutions, and general sales Post-Sales Support along with troubleshooting mobile data and provided customer training on smart devices, as well Retail computer IT field support and setup IT systems.
