Mission Foods is a subsidiary of Gruma, one of the world’s largest food manufacturing companies, with revenues in excess of $4 billion ►Reduced Mission Foods’ operating loss rate from -15% of the total turnover to zero through an in-depth review of service offerings and customer portfolios►Made recommendations for a clear strategy to manage cost reductions at Mission Foods delivering over £3 million in savings through procurement initiatives, product re-engineering and manufacturing improvements

►Significantly improved product quality through the improvement of business processes and more streamlined communication channels across the group ►Advised the board of Mission Foods on implementing an improved purchasing and logistics strategy►Introduced cost controls and delivered savings of approximately £1 million
