As Design Manager, I was responsible for leading the design for the Merchant Products channel and supporting the Merchant Delivery team across day-to-day operations. I was actively involved in providing input into our product roadmap and initiatives while supporting the other product teams. The role included discovery & research, usability testing, conceptual design, prototyping, design handoff and product management. During this time I also supported the Data Products team to help shape the initial Data Analytics offering for our merchant partners.
