I have worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, in various capacities. My roles have included coding, report writing, statistician, project management, staff management, client management and strategic consulting. With my breadth of experience, my strength lies with my ability to quickly identify practical solutions through the use of technology and help guide the project to its fruition. In my experience, a project's success is not determined by a well thought-out plan and sticking with it, but rather understanding that priorities, resources and options can and most likely will change over time and be able to adjust accordingly. This is especially true with smaller and not-for-profit organizations I have worked with.During my career, I've worked with clients in a variety of industries, including nonprofit (Gates Foundation, Casey Foundation), government (NYC DOE, NYC ACE), video game (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) and legal tech (e.g. LSC, Courts, Legal Aid).
