I was given the opportunity to initiate the Program from the initial concept discussions. Following a series of technical and architectural workshops with the IT Operations, Applications and Service teams I shaped the Program into 3 distinct streams. These were the Messaging, Core Infrastructure and a Desktop streams which would meet the Program objectives.
