As the CTO of the VICA Product Line at AudioCodes, I lead the system architecture and design of innovative products and solutions that leverage natural language understanding, speech recognition, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. I have been in this role since November 2021, after AudioCodes acquired Callverso, where I was the CTO and VP of R&D for 14 years.In my previous roles, I was responsible for developing new Conversational AI technology, defining product vision, managing research and development teams, conducting competitive analysis, and negotiating with key customers. I have a strong background and expertise in speech and voice technologies, as well as a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions that enhance user experience and satisfaction. My goal is to drive the growth and success of AudioCodes and the VICA Product Line by delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable products and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and partners.
