I have over 25 years of leadership and management experience in the Education sector. I am a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, National Teaching Fellow and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. and I have particular interests in creative thinking and the value of coaching and mentoring to support colleagues to achieve their potential. I am an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor and I specialise in coaching colleagues to challenge established perspectives and developing new and creative approaches focussing on teaching and learning, research strategy and organisational leadership.
