Provided comprehensive assistance and counseling to over 100 graduate students, including: in-person academic counseling to ensure students'​ compliance with departmental and Graduate School requirements; administration of quarterly Academic Student Employee appointments; coordination of job market process for final year students; extensive coordination of annual admission process including serving on Admission Committee; event planning including annual awards reception and new student orientation; providing budgetary oversight for endowed fellowships and assisting in allocation of funding to students. Managde web content regarding research and graduate students.I successfully implemented numerous changes from the Graduate School to the online admission process in MyGradProgram. In addition, I streamlined the department's applicant contact procedures, resulting in yield increasing from under 25% in 2007 to over 60% in 2012, and increasing the ability to hit admission targets.

Functioned as coordinator of academic programs for the clinical department of the School of Psychology. Developed and scheduled curriculum each year, evaluating needs for elective courses and adjunct faculty. Projected tuition revenue each quarter to assist Dean in financial planning. Functioned as member of Curriculum Committee, providing information, and preparing new materials based on committee feedback. Functioned as liaison between students, staff, and faculty within the School and between the School and other departments. Made frequent presentations to faculty regarding departmental and school policies.Provided academic advising/counseling for 220+ doctoral students. Was responsible for screening application files, monitoring students' academic progress, processing transfer credit requests, and serving on Student Development Committee.
