Having worked as a senior clinician, operational manager and in recent years at a senior level in health and care organisations my work has a strong emphasis on organisational and community development and change initiatives.I have extensive experience in large group facilitation and community participation methods; I offer expertise that include Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry and Action Learning methods. My recent work has included design and programme management to support health and social care policy implementation across public sectors – with statutory and other agencies.
