As a manager in the business Intelligence team, I consulted with executive level leaders to identify areas for process improvement, solution design and data strategy. I led teams of developers both locally and offshore in complex projects and programs of work in various industries including Utilities, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Financial and regulatory bodies.

As product Manager I was responsible for creating new marketing and sales material, competitive analysis and provinding the sales team with technical support.As partner manager I was responsible for managing relationships with partner vendors. I was instrumental in investigating the technical compatability with the IBM stack and worked closely with their business development and architect teams.

Working mostly for the Private Wealth Management, Securities and Anti Money Laundering business units I led a team of developers in the creation of data and reporting solutions. Working with highly complex and time sensitive data my team introduced high value solutions to the business that led to increased efficiencies and provided industry governance bodies with compliance evidence.

I worked for a large Australian bank as part of a migration project and was responsible for BO migration and resolving technical issues... I lead a team of developers working on the implimentation of an end to end EDW including full reporting for a leading retailer.
