Additionally led projects covering IPO, new investment / acquisitions and refinancing for growth through to stressed business support and turnaround. Developed the team through training and guidance on sector focus to increase knowledge and understanding.Built relationships internationally including China, USA, Japan and India to overcome cultural challenges to successfully navigate the sale and buying of businesses.
