SR Networks provided professional IT Support through a combination of cutting-edge IT techniques coupled with real-world business understanding. Spanning the period from dial-up internet to cloud computing SR Networks prided itself on providing their clients with solutions to their problems without reliance on "...how things are done here...". The business was closed to enable us to concentrate more on App development. But also we also saw that the market for IT Support in small businesses would contract due to cloud computing.

SR Waste Recycling Ltd was set up in 2007 to collect electrical waste from commercial and educational establishments across England. We were amongst the first companies to offer a free collection and recycling service. As well as one of the few to collect ALL electrical waste and not just PCs, laptops and LCD screens.

After suffering a severe fire, DTS Environmental needed to sort skips, but without any machinery other than skip lorries and one JCB. The aim was to reduce the amount of waste landfilled to save costs. In less than one week we:• Reorganised the main building into a one-way system for skip lorries for improved safety and efficiency• Repositioned & labelled various skips to minimise the workload of the sorters• Recruited and trained a team of pickers including negotiating a ten-week trial period from the jobcentre• Created new outputs of waste which could be sold such as clothing, clean wood, building materials and bric-a-brac• Setup an information gathering system that recorded the nett weight and % split of contents for all incoming and outgoing waste. This information was used to report progress to DTS Management
