About Simon Rothery

In my role as Chief Architect I help set the technical direction for the company, I research new technologies and ideas, and I oversee the designs for new products and features. My 25 years of experience in the industry (with the last 20 in Cyber Security) developing software for commercial and government organisations stands me in good stead when dealing directly with customers, prospects and OEM partners. My background as a Software Engineer and Technical Team Leader means I am comfortable working with low-level detail as well as at an architectural level. I am an effective communicator, equally as comfortable holding detailed technical discussions with engineers as I am explaining complex topics in understandable terms to non-technical staff, management, customers and prospects. I have a determination to succeed at whatever I do; I am a computer scientist at heart, motivated by building practical and elegant solutions to technical problems.
