Having spent over 22 years as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force along with over 15 years as a consultant I have been very fortunate to work with some fantastic individuals, teams and organisations. The experience, knowledge and understanding that I have gained over my career have shaped me and given me the confidence to work easily across all levels from operators through to CEO/Board level. It has also enabled me to discover unusual links between, seemingly unrelated, subject areas that enable me to gain insights and develop imaginative approaches that help everyone I work with to achieve the results they seek. I also continue to maintain an excellent track record of developing people, processes and organisations from change design through to delivery of high-quality results. My work often takes place in demanding and complex environments where results need to be delivered to tough timescales and within budget and it is often a challenge that I relish.
