About Simon Schneebeli

I have a background in civil engineering with an MBA in entrepreneurship and business development as well as training in organisational development. I work as consultant in the field of toxic building materials and work on several impact oriented initiatives. I have contributed to the development of various organisations, among them the Impact Hub in Geneva and TEDxLausanne. I'm a creative person and get easily excited about new challenges. Beyond the ideas, I'm able to make new projects take shape, define strategies for implementation and then gather people to make them happen. With an engineering background I have my feet well on the ground. An MBA in business development opened my eyes to new perspectives and gave me the tools to reach new levels. Beyond creativity I believe in the importance of hard work and continuous improvement, but most importantly through a positive and supporting attitude towards the people with whom I collaborate.
