My role as a project manager at PDA group is to coordinate the consistent development of the SAP EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia) partner university, which is a role-based end to end development platform for SAP partners. The platform helps SAP partners to optimize their effectiveness in selling and delivering world class solutions to SAP customers. SAP partners use this platform to educate individuals in roles of sales, pre-sales, marketing, consulting, project management etc.I communicate intensively with the Partner Enablement Team of SAP Ecosystem and Channels in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) to understand their strategy, needs and feature requests regarding to the Partner University. I counsel our client about the practicability of feature requests and manage the internal team of software development. My position requires me to use various tools of project management for the purpose of planning and performing. Further, I am also involved in other projects of the company, such as, DACH &APJ partner University (abbreviate), SAP business objects business intelligence for partner universities, and other internal projects in the marketing department (Social media, design of media brochures, posters, leaflets, etc.), where I apply my analytical understanding of problem solving along with a good sense of creativity to transform vague ideas of clients into tangible and executable concepts. Furthermore, my other duties include working on HD business video productions (interviews, presentations, elevator pitches etc.) and post production procedures using Adobe premiere CS5.
