  I was for 20 years an equity Partner at Kinney Green, Chartered Surveyors in the City of London, and subsequently a senior consultant to the firm. I stepped down and retired in April 2016 after 41 years, and now continue to act for a few close clients, having had some 43 years' experience overall in the central London commercial property market.
