1. Preparation of the monthly VAT reconciliation and returns2. Filing of the VAT return before the due date stipulated by the TRA3. Follow up on the reconciling items on a monthly basis and report any anomaly immediately.4. Prepare comprehensive annual VAT reconciliations (reconciling annual financial statements, VAT returns and Electronic Fiscal Device data)5. Preparation and filing Monthly returns of Payroll Taxes before the due date for filling and payment as stipulated by the TRA6. Preparation of monthly withholding taxes, filing return, and making payments to TRA before the due date for filling and payment as stipulated by the TRA.7. Quarterly Calculation of Service levy and payment to District council timely.8. Preparation of the quarterly tax payments report covering all taxes, duties, levies, contributions paid by the Company.9. Preparation and filling of quarterly estimated income tax return and payment thereof10. Preparation and reporting of quarterly income tax in line with the Financial Policies and Procedures.11. Preparation of the annual income tax computation (in line with the requirements of the Income Tax Act and other tax laws, guidelines and regulations) and liaise with the Company’s tax consultants in review and finalization of the tax return within timelines stipulated by TRA12. Review income tax return to ensure maximum accuracy in compliance with the tax laws and regulations.13. Follow up on withholding tax certificates from the customers and ensure that they are timely filed with TRA14. Preparation of payroll and make sure Salaries are paid to employees timely.15. Handling Tax Audit and engage in different Tax meetings with TRA, Tax consultancy and other Tax stakeholders.16. Assist Financial Accountant on monthly financial reporting.17. Preparation of Financial Budgets18. Preparation of all Financial Reports
