However I expanded my responsibilities, and I eventually lead UX design for all of our group’s ecommerce administrative tools (order management system, order broker, fraud detection). I led two redesigns of the ecommerce reference storefront (an adaptive version and a responsive version). I also led the UX design for our first ecommerce app (iOS and Android), proposing and implementing some innovative app-specific features. Additionally, I led UX design in the creation of a brand new administrative product. I oversaw both UX and creative design, as well as user research efforts (e.g., contextual inquiry, persona creation, usability testing). I was responsible for all aspects of product design and accessibility, as well as all aspects of usability testing (e.g., recruiting, test creation, prototype creation, test moderation, and results analysis). Additionally, I transitioned our team’s work from a waterfall process to an Agile methodology, working with a cross-functional development team comprised of colleagues throughout the world. -
