Young Foodies is a community of over 50 of the most exciting and innovative food & drink start up brands in the country; think Propercorn, Pip&Nut, Plenish and Piccolo etc. Everything they do for them is designed to make it easier to be a start-up, and dedicate more time to creating the best products and brand. 6 brilliant months partnering with and advising Chris and Thea on all things recruitment came to an end on 4th May, what a ride!

I led the Retail, Consumer & Life Sciences practices for Butler Wells International (http://www.butlerwells.com), a multidisciplinary executive search firm, offering bespoke headhunting solutions to specialist global industries. We operated at a mid to senior level Globally providing exceptional talent for the Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing & Engineering, Energy, ICT Life Sciences and Property & Construction industries. Butler Wells International accessed the true passive candidate market to identify the very best executive level talent for current and future hiring needs. An established in house research function underpinned our rigorous search process and allowed us the flexibility to mine deeply and search widely, ensuring that we had the strongest pool of candidates for each assignment we managed.

I managed the expanding Consumer team specialising in FMCG, Retail and Media recruitment. We spent all of our time trying to build long-lasting relationships with only the most sought-after clients and strongest top-tier candidates.
