Managed teams of 15 & 25 professionals, that tracked Bill of Material (BoM) and investment costs, lifetime profit models, gateway reporting, and special studies. Regular interaction with vehicle design and development engineering, cost estimating, supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing and sales teams.Selected Accomplishments:• Controlled early gateway BoM and investment (>$1B) analysis for C240 (dedicated EV platform)• Led Fiesta, EcoSport and Transit Connect programs through 5 North American gateway reviews• Directed finance responsible team for global Focus Mid-Cycle Action (MCA), responsible for tracking BoM and investment costs on program with 1M annual sales volume and $500M+ investment• Delivered financial gateway deliverables for C-Max MCA program (investment $150M+); developed reporting process for resourcing from Spanish to German assembly plant• Leveraged knowledge of product development requirements to drive successful resolution of multiple cost and program management issues on Focus RS program, resulting in approval of global halo product • Championed migration of cost reduction reporting from Germany to India, with $200k annual savings

Led teams responsible for Kuga and the next generation of Focus nameplates.Selected Accomplishments:• Coached team of 3 novice analysts while concurrently taking Kuga program to Mass Production. Developed innovative average model costing process, and performed Final Status review for 21 European markets• Developed new reporting processes for Ford-Sollers Joint Venture (JV) Kuga program with vehicle production at Russian plant and with significant localized content. Reviewed program with senior management and processes adapted as best practice by future programs• Conducted early forward model work on next generation Focus top-hat and all-new C2 platform. Work included staffing finance team up from 3 to 19 heads

Coached and led high performing team responsible for gateway deliverables for all V6 gas engine unit programs. Re-engineered BoM tracking process; implemented new material cost target setting process.Selected Acccomplishments:• Managed 7 V6 engine unit programs, (including 4 with investment of $250M+) by close adherence to BoM update and review processes. Presented gateway financials at senior management approval forums• Concurrently supported 6 nameplates with engine-as-installed BoMs• Led multiple special studies – including component / system-level comparisons between Ecoboost Gen 2 and Gen 3 engines, and multiple make/buy studies. Presented findings to senior management

Provided financial support to IT Application Developement and Support senior leadership team. Managed $350M operating budget and staff of 6 employees.
