As well as leading the L&OD team (12 people) I have been leading on projects including developing a behavioural framework, establishing a new approach to 'hybrid working', developing a new, high quality approach to leadership development and managing an increasing up-take in on-line learning. I have also facilitated development sessions with various teams, including the leadership team.I am an experienced OD consultant working on client projects, contracts and interim assignments. Having worked for two major consultancies as well as setting up and running two businesses, I have accumulated wide experience and developed expertise in organisational effectiveness, leadership development, coaching, team building, performance management, assessment, talent development and organisation change. I have worked with leading international businesses, start-ups and SMEs, in sectors including financial services, speciality engineering, logistics, commercial finance, investments, airlines, food manufacture, professional services, and business areas most people don't know exist.
