Power Sports Management Company is the Master Franchise holder for Gold's Gym Central & Eastern Europe, Russia and Iberia. Founded in 1990 in Moscow by a group of private international investors, that own and operate premium health club facilities.As Regional General Manager reporting to the Group CEO I was responsible for the total business operations of three premium club locations in Russia & Hungary (GM responsible for Hungary). Consistently achieved revenue and membership growth objectives in the Moscow club which, included membership sales development totaling over 3,500 pre-paid annual members.Implementation of a successful pre-sales in Samara, Russia (franchised club), with over 1000 pre-sale memberships sold, a first in the regional market.Instigated the roll-out of an automated monthly payment BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Service) system in the Hungarian fitness club, which was the first such comprehensive payment system used in the fitness industry in the country.Recipient of the Gold’s Gym International award for Best Branding in 2008 (Brno & Budapest) and the Best Club in the Region 2009 (Samara) – Europe, North Africa & Asia.

Danubius Hotels Group is the largest operator of Spa hotels in Central & Eastern Europe. As part of a small project team I developed "Danubius Premier Health & Fitness Clubs" in eight hotels selling an outside membership to the local community, turning a prior cost into a profit centre for the properties.Twelve month operational role out period followed by eighteen months of sales management.

LivingWell Health Clubs are the health & wellness arm of Hilton Hotels Plc. Currently operating 48-premium stand alone and hotel health clubs.Management of the sales re-launch operation for the Millbank club, reviving the club after the loss of key corporate client “Enron“, replacing 400 memberships with 15-new corporate client accounts.
