As the Director of Account Management at Modern Campus, I lead a team of high-performing account managers who are responsible for driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth for two innovative products in the EdTech/SaaS industry. With over 10 years of experience in customer success, operations, strategy, sales, and project management, I have developed and implemented effective processes, systems, and tools to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize their value from our solutions.In 2023, every IC on my team surpassed their targets and on the whole, one product achieved 105% YOY growth and the other 54% YOY growth. These results demonstrate our ability to deliver value, solve problems, and build trust with our customers.
