In this role I have accountability and responsibility for the co-ordination and delivery of digital production operations. Owning the production life-cycle and processes to ensure successful delivery of tasks and projects pertaining to campaigns, new feature development and enhancements to digital platforms, services and tools including Aesop.com and Aesop’s email marketing platform. As part of this role I oversee and manage the production team ensuring activities are suitably scoped, defined and resourced. I personally take lead on complex projects, mentoring the production team as support & act as an escalation point for conflicts or issues on projects and tasks being managed by the production team.

I work with the production staff to deliver innovative technical solutions to meet the established brief. Track, report and clearly communicate financial status of projects against estimates. Highlight potential overruns before they occur. Escalate and resolve financial issues as they happen. Clearly communicate project risks with the Client Manager and Client Lead.Oversee, QC and UAT processes so that products and assets can be launched to a world class standard. Assist the Client Lead to actively lead an effective business team within the agency. Within this role I am responsible for profit, utilisation and bill-ability figures for the team. Where required I am involved in new business pitches, RFP responses and incoming leads.
