    Thesis work within the frames of my Masters degree, on behalf of Stoneridge Electronics. The thesis aimed to look into the future of the industry of Commercial Vehicles and Construction Equipment and describe the most prominent trends in the industry the coming ten years. Then, the aim was to construct the most plausible future scenarios for the industry for the coming ten years.Given the most plausible futures, political involvement and strictness of sustainability measurements will guide in what direction the development of FCEV and autonomous vehicles will head the coming decade. Connectivity solutions will become reality in the coming years. The results also implied that a potential power shift from the OEM to the fleet in shaping industry development will occur. Also, the new business models arriving with the help of digital solutions will create increased value creation and capture of certain industry actors. The results together with the implications of the findings for a Tier 1-supplier were presented to internal stakeholders in a discussion format to contribute to strategies and insights of how to tackle the arising challenges.

Strategy work for a broadcasting company. By planning and executing workshops with internal stakeholders the material of the workshops was gathered into a strategy document, defining the strategy ahead. It was combined with an industry outlook. We proposed a strategy and areas of improvement of current strategy, to guide the business for the time ahead.
