As a Consultant to Naylors I work alongside the Office Agency department in respect to the Vaux development in Sunderland.Vaux is a prime gateway site in Sunderland City Centre and the development will include office, retail, residential and leisure uses. Central to the plans for phase one is The Beam, a 60,000 sq ft office building which is now under construction at the heart of the 5.5 hectare site and will be ready for occupation in May 2018.
