I have contributed to mental health research and service evaluation for 15 years. I have worked in a range of roles in both university and mental health research settings. These roles have involved teaching undergraduate and graduate psychology students, processing and analysing large data sets, providing research assistance and support to colleagues, managing research and evaluation programs and projects, producing a wide range of evidence to inform research, policy, and practice, and monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and impact of interventions and services.
