Simon understands the relationship between leadership, organisational performance and the unique challenges each organisation faces. He is highly experienced in a range of methodologies to measure and develop leadership from CEO level down. Simon’s views on organisational leadership are sought after, he is published in academic and professional publications and is asked to speak on the topic. He has also been a guest lecturer at Monash University.
