Share price doubled within 2 years. After 5 years broker Credit Suisse reported 20 quarters of of management beating their own targets for volume and yield.★ (2) Stagecoach - Led a CVA-based bid document that was key to winning their £1/2 billion franchise award.★ BBC - Led 1:1 programme, a personalisation strategy, for all UK citizens. ★ PepsiCo - Led a groundbreaking CVA strategy for Walkers and Doritos to increase sales and connect customers across digital channels: online, mobile, Facebook, Instagram, search, UGC.★ Vodafone UK - Optimised UK direct sales through multichannel - £30 million media. ★ (3) AUSTAR - Led a CVA for Australia's No.2 quad-play telco that fought away insolvency and led to +20% stable customer base, and dramatic share price growth. Later sold to No.1 FOXTEL for AUD $2bn. ★ IBM - led a major customer data quality initiative in IBM Australia that won a global internal award and saw my client promoted to a global role.★ (4) British Airways - Business class relaunch. Conceived a seat innovation that delivered an additional business class seat per row versus key competitors.
