I founded a company dedicated to mutualize secretarial activities in order to help the managers of small structures (associations, small enterprises) with both flexibility and skill.

I was elected in the Administration Council of the National PhD Association in order to help valorize PhD skills. My work there involves representation and coordination of working groups, especially regarding the integration of PhDs in public structures (at the national and regional levels). I was secretary general (2014-2015), vice-president (2015-2016, 2019-2020) and treasurer (2024-2025).

I was an expert for the French national agency for the evaluation of research and higher education (Agence d'Evaluation de la Recherche et de l'Enseignement Supérieur, AERES), from october 2010 to march 2014, during which time I participated in two visiting committees to evaluate the quality of doctoral schools and one committee to evaluate an university. In 2015, it became the high council for the evaluation of research and higher education (Haut Conseil de l'Évaluation de la Recherche et de l'Enseignement Supérieur, HCERES) and it recontacted me for new evaluation committees.

The CJC (Confédération des Jeunes Chercheurs - French early stage researchers confederation) aims at the recognition of the doctoral experience as a professionnal research activity.I was the manager of several projects and held official functions: from september 2008 to september 2009, as vice-president, I was a public representative of the confederation. My missions were mainly the participation in reflexion groups with other research actors (ministry, universities, ...) ; from september 2009 to september 2010, as secretary, I was in charge of the reports of all national meetings as well as of the coordination of the different parts of the association ; from september 2010 to september 2011, as president, I was the main representative of the CJC in all relations with national actors of higher education and research and was in charge of motivating the troops and making sure deadlines were met. Since october 2011, I am vice-president.

My research was about the resolution of geometric constraints (distances, angles, ...), and more specifically about the description and resolution of under-constrained geometric constraints systems (i.e. with an infinity of solution).The courses I taught were about all aspects of computer science (both theoretical and applied) and were given to under-graduate students.As a doctoral researcher, I was supervised by Pascal Schreck and Pascal Mathis.

I was elected as a representative of personnels non holders of a Ph.D. to promote the status of research professionals for doctoral researchers and young researchers in general. I was elected twice: at the Universite Louis Pasteur in december 2006 then, when the three universities of Strasbourg merged, at the University of Strasbourg in december 2008.

As an assistant to the Human Resources Vice-President of the university, I am in charge of all HR aspects linked to early stage researchers: doctoral researchers, contractual doctors, new assistant professors. I also work with the Vice-President in charge of research for all questions linked to doctoral politics.
