This programme is centred around arranging expert advice for Worcestershire businesses in a variety of areas such as (but not limited to) sustainability, digital adoption of technology, marketing and mental well-being. As well as being the WLEP’s procurement lead, I'm currently helping develop Worcestershire’s Innovation strategy.

Simultaneously supported Project Managers and The Programme Manager covering multiple projects with extremely tight deadlines for The Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (WLEP). Whilst in this role, I was the sole PSO for ‘Peer To Peer’ support for businesses. This included (but not limited to) general business advice, EU transition advice and Covid-19 support workshops. I represented The WLEP in observing/reporting on the quality of the workshops to ensure they were of a high standard and were useful to businesses. I would liaise with key stakeholders to analyse data and regularly prepare progress reports for Project Managers / senior management. I sourced, negotiated contracts and organised advertisement both in the local press and on local radio on a joint venture between Worcestershire County Council and the WLEP to support the successful launch of a new jobs website for local residents in Worcestershire.
