Restaurant De 2 Have is the northern-most restaurant in Denmark, placed in the summer resort town of Skagen on the very tip of Jutland where the North Sea and the Baltic Sea collide. My responsibilities included day to day operations, supervision and optimization of service and wine service.

The position as General Manager at one of the leading entertainment complexes in Vietnam, consisted mainly of insuring the appropriate service in an international environment while maintaining a focus on the cost of operations. Other tasks consisted of managing the everyday operations, facilitating events, group-wide hospitality training in several Sailing Club locations.
