Previously these systems were vastly complex and costly, but cloud-based solutions like HubSpot, paid for by monthly subscription, make such technology accessible to SMEs.And of course there is social media. It's like word of mouth on steroids!Whether it's leading / working with a team of experts in a large company, or using my broad skills base and getting my hands dirty in a small company, these are challenges that get me out of bed in the morning.
