I am currently aligned to the North West areas in the UK specialising in connectivity and Voice solutions for Multi Tenant and specialist buildings, ensuring enablement of super fast leased line connectivity for existing and growing businesses at a market leading cost. • My role within Virgin Media Business is to acquire new business from the Medium enterprise sector. Taking a consultative sales approach I can ensure I am offering a viable solution in all aspects of their data.
• Acquisition of new business clients through warm leads, cold calling and self generation
• Developing business from existing account base: contract renewals, up-selling and cross-selling
• Sales Force: pipeline management, scheduling, forecasting and reporting of sales information
• Sales administration: constant communication with clients via email / phone, submitting quotations, liaising with internal departments, order management, preparing contractsProducts and Solutions: - Dedicated Leased.

• Role and Responsibilities:
• Provide a high standard of technical support to Sage customers through telephone, e-mail and webchat
• Expert knowledge on the following products: Sage Taxation, Sage Accounts Production Advanced and Sage Practice Solutions.
• SQL knowledge, creating and running scripts to aid and resolve customer/software issues.

• Role and Responsibilities:
• Undertaking CAD drawings on a variety of Building Structure projects
• Preparing high quality 3D models and 2D detail drawings of structural elements and components.
• Interpret designer’s notes and specifications in the production of these models and detail drawings.
• Liaising with both structural and project engineers
