In addition to my change management role I supported the fusion finance transformation project full-time during a 2 month change freeze taking the responsibility of reconciling all historical data between ICE (IBM Cognos) and Fusion (SAP BO) reporting systems over a number of FPI groups for multiple years and scenarios. Was responsible for mismatch identification and resolution managing a team of on-site and external IS resources to resolve data errors and provided on-going summary reports to the project control board.

Led my University's Finance Society for 2 consecutive years, over which time I gained affiliation from the Students' Union, secured sponsorship and funding from 1 of the Big 4 professional services firms, bought in speakers from several of the UK's largest banking groups and corporate finance companies and increased the number of memberships from under 20 to over 200 with a strategy focused on "adding value" to our members through guest speakers, trips, society discounts and a schedule of theme related presentations covering different areas of money and finance.
