I was recruited as the Director of Product Management, demonstrating consistent performance and results leading to the promotion to Sr. Director and subsequently Head of Product. As part of the executive leadership team, I collaborated with key internal stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers, including the CEO and Head of Business Development to create product strategy, vision, and direction. I was recruited to build and run the catastrophe risk analytics department, overseeing risk management associated with natural catastrophes. I developed the business process, modeling infrastructure, established reporting tools, and drove company culture to enable effective quantification and management of catastrophe risk. I was responsible for communicating risk metrics and practices to rating agencies, regulatory bodies, and reinsurers.
