Found 15 delinquent accounts not in compliance with current contracts by paying close attention to the contract language and comparing it to account revenues from the previous year. This discovery totaled $50,000+ of potential revenue growth each year. Monthly transaction-based billing reports for 80+ Licensing and Registration department customers using adhoc reporting, NetSuite, and excel.Configured capacity rates for each team by coordinating with managers to time each individual process within the licensing department, which resulted in increased overall production by 7%.Consultant for Privilege Underwriting Reciprocal Exchange. Repaired customer relations by developing an open line of communication and restoring trust in Vertafore’s processes. Improved relations led to a new contract being signed thus increasing revenue by $70,000+ a year.Discovered a data issue by performing an audit of a customer’s records on file with the states, and this discovery lead to a one time project of $20,000.Perform end of the month invoicing for the entirety of the Licensing and Registration department; calculating state fees, taxes, passthrough fees, transaction fees, credits, and shipping costs. Invoices completed by pulling detailed reports from NetSuite and FileZilla, and finally, creating pivot tables for analysis.
