Every store has it own caracteristics, every contributor gets treated by a personal approach. You influence and motivate your team of approximately 80 to 100 people to achieve new goals. As district manager you coach and guide your teams to work more efficiently and effectively. You help them to lighten their work by thinking on slight improvements that can make their (work) lifes easier. Whether it's sales turnovers that can be improved, inventory results that can be finetuned or losses that need some attention, every problem has its solution, every goal has its path. Aiming for better results and achieving new objectives is what motivates me to get up early in the morning and go hard all day!
