Temporarily reinforcing the Customer Service team of educational publisher Plantyn. This job was a great opportunity to improve my French speaking skills, as Plantyn has a bi-lingual (Dutch + French) customer base. I helped sustain the heavy workload of the new school year, which is the busiest time of the year for Plantyn. Tasks ranged from replying to inquiries, redirecting customers towards online ordering, processing orders, constantly being in touch with the publishing teams, supply chain, logistics services, ...These couple of months have been a blast thanks to the nicest and most helpful colleagues, the pleasant work environment and the chance to save up for my next adventure: Australia!
