After this month we all worked remotely from home, which can be extremely difficult for new people on the job. In these months Simon also worked with me on an assignment directly. He was proactive, pleasant to work with, eager to make the difference, and he did what was needed to get the job done, ie reaching out to senior bankers in the team for input, and coming up with ideas to improve the process and the presentation.
