28 million people in the UK live with pain. While significant research has been conducted in the treatment of pain, the lived experience of pain is often overlooked. The UK Lived Experience Pain Project, organised through PainUK, an alliance of charities providing a voice for people with pain in the UK, has been formed with the aim of bringing awareness to the impact that pain has for individuals on a daily basis.

INRePAR – International Network for Research into Psychosocial Adjustment and Rehabilitation is a networking group for researchers and other stakeholders (health care providers, clinicians, long-term condition advocates, charities, people living with long-term conditions) and anyone else with an interest in psychosocial adjustment and rehabilitation. This international network aims to improve theoretical and clinically-applicable knowledge by sharing state-of-the art research and best practice. The network further aims to provide a platform for stakeholders to find relevant collaborators.
