• To produce, maintain and update all technical documentation for print and online publication for both the UK (England, Scotland and Wales) and Irish (Northern and Republic) markets.

• Supporting the Marketing Manager with internal and external communications, ensuring effective contact with merchants, installers and end users• Management of customer loyalty/incentive schemes• Creating promotional material for installers and merchants• Administering social media including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube and LinkedIn• Maintaining the corporate website• Co-ordinating and attending industry events and exhibitions• Producing regular internal and external communications in relation to new products, volumetrics and pricing• Organising merchant promotions

OFGEM developed an IT system and website for to enable householders to become accreditated on to the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (Domestic RHI) scheme.I helped to develop and test the system and website ensuring that they were user-friendly to ease the accreditation process for all. This was done through a number of webinars and also visits to OFGEM in Millbank, London.• OFGEM are the government regulator for the electricity and downstream natural gas markets in Great Britain.• The Domestic RHI is a UK Government financial incentive to promote the use of renewable heat. People who join the scheme receive quarterly payments for seven years for the amount of clean, green renewable heat their system produces. It has a budget of £430 million in 2015/2016 rising to £1.15 billion in 2020/2021.
