Managed a team of 4 people dedicated in Sales, IT, Supply Chain & Marketing projects.Sales :In charge of a customer portfolio with a volume of 2 M€. 350 active customers.Answered RFQ for international customers.Designed collections of garments for sports events with our studio.IT: - Launched Walomo's website with Magento Developers in 2016 : the objective was to build a new webshop to give current B to B customers, an efficient tool to get product information, place orders, track deliveries and obtain marketing tools to increase their own sales. • Wrote the specification : 30 pages to define the global framework.• Benchmarked web agencies and clinched negotiations.• Piloted a team to create a new design environment & raised product attractiveness through additionnal product information.• Adjusted the Sales & Purchasing Dpt. efforts to align on market's expectations in terms of price, stock & customer service.• Triggered a new Communication strategy through emailing campaigns & referred links to get traffic and conversion on the new webshop.• Tested the ERP - Webshop automation : we succeeded in automating product info, orders, tracking status & clients information.Result : 40% of the Sales Volume comes from www.walomo.comOther IT developments:- Updated the computer systems and the ERP to adapt the business model, - Organized trained sessions for better efficiency in computerized works, Supply Chain: After a student exchange in Beijing, I finally understood how to make business with China. I :• Went to the Canton Fair 7 times.• Looked for new suppliers & initiated negotiations with current suppliers• Performed quality controlsMarketing: Designed marketing automations with MailChimp, Smartsupp, Dynamics, Magento platformsI realized videos to raise value proposition and customers’ awareness on our Displays line of products.Audit: I assessed the inventory procedures and the financial evaluation of stock.
