In Australia Ipsos is delivering a world-leading audience measurement system called emma (Enhanced Media Metrics Australia) which has brought new levels of accuracy, depth and understanding to media consumption habits, emerging behaviours and consumer relationships to brands, purchasing habits, attitudes and lifestyles.

Reporting to the CEO and leading four teams including marketing, circulation, customer service and corporate sales with over 50 staff. Senior level input into business strategy and direction, management team member. Strong digital and eCommerce focus.• Senior level input into business strategy and direction on a national business media portfolio• Member of management/executive team • Managing and leading multiple teams across marketing, customer service, circulation and corporate sales, including over 50 staff dispersed nationally• Setting marketing and circulation strategies and budgets, driving team performance and skill development• Responsible for driving B2C and B2B newspaper and digital subscriptions and sales strategies, brand strategy and development, efficiencies in distribution, logistics and printing arrangements• Customer-centric approach encompassing regular market research and data analytics

• Largely as above without direct responsibility for circulation sales team.• Reported to divisional CEO.
