My responsibilities focused on using UX research methods to explore different use-cases of a newly developed technology, as well as detailing and validating a selected promising use-case using different design methods. The final use-case proposal was presented to multiple department leads, and greatly acknowledged to be further developed for future concepts.

My responsibilities in this project were to explore how two different medical systems processed patients, and what different stakeholders experienced when going through these systems. Three different user journeys were created to visualize the findings of both the 2 current systems, as well as a future system with specific changes implemented. This provided the company with a much better understanding of the system stakeholders and the overall journey stages.

My responsibilities focused on identifying problems and challenges in DSB’s Lost and Found system for both the employees in the Hittegods department as well as the train travelers, in order to develop, prototype and test solutions with the users. The final prototype was greatly appreciated by both the Hittegods Department and test users to process lost goods more effectively.

My responsibilities were to analyze the processes of handling passengers, to find room for improvements, as well as conducting interviews with different stakeholders, analyzing the data of a large-scale survey and conceptualizing a solution. The final concept included more features in their app with transparent communication regarding delays and cancellations.

My responsibilities were to analyze the experiences that both dentists and patients had with the XO Flex dentist unit, in order to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, I also interviewed external experts and conceptualized improvements for the unit. The proposed improvements were later implemented in their newest XO Flex unit.
